WHAT WE DO.

We clam for fun, friendship and food — and partner with the people and programs that help protect the health of our bays.

We forage these briny bivalves from the bays and feast on the bounty: on the grill with butter, as our famous clam pizza or stone cold clam dip, home-made stuffies, East End clam pie, fritters, linguine with clam sauce, clams with black bean sauce, and of course chowders. (Not to mention using the salty kick from clam broth in risottos, cioppinos and bloody mary’s.)

Clam with us!

Send us an email, or DM on Instagram. We’re currently taking small groups on clamming experiences, tailored to your time and interest. From clamming 101, to “from raking to making” culinary classes, we can offer an educational 360 clamming experience that immerses you in the beauty and the true flavors of the North Fork.

We’re hands on.

We’re proud supporters of Cornell Cooperative Marine Extension Program's Back to the Bays Initiative. Our donations are helping support hundreds of thousands of baby clams that CCE Marine Program is growing at their Back to the Bays partner location Strong's Yacht Center in Mattituck (shout out to Strong’s, they are awesome!) We participate in helping care for them and plant them back into our bay as part of a larger shellfish resource enhancement program led by CCE Marine. We are grateful for the opportunity — Clamity Janes love our clam babies!
